For those you Food Network watchers I’m a judge on "Cake Wars: Christmas" this season beginning November 9th! "Cake Wars: Christmas," btw, is a reality-based competition show with eight teams competing for the big prize. Shooting the show was a blast! It took 7 days to film the 6 hour-long episodes. Frankly I was shocked by how smoothly it all ran. My co-judge, pastry chef extraordinaire Sherry Yard, kept us plump, constantly sharing her homemade sweet treats.
