AWCT WITH OLIVE ORBIT
My first attempt at edible architecture!
I constructed this AWCT (with Olive Orbit) to celebrate the end of four years of interior design school. Building materials included: Lil Smokies, salami slices, tofu cubes, swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, broccoli, baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, green olives and black olives – crowned with a raw beet. I served it with a double-dip selection of French onion dip and dill dip.
It was a savory success!
