Laid Back Frosty

The bottom layer cracked and our Frosty the Cheeseball Man kept falling over. We ended up putting a chop stick down through to keep him vertical. Once the heat started he just laid over on his back in his pool of Rotel. I kept the heat low and he smiled up at us throughout the party, so happy we were devouring him!

Frosty the Cheeseball ManI brought Frosty the Cheeseball Man to a party this weekend and he was a big hit! I added a little wine to the pan and peppered his belly. Yum!

Senor Nacho

Señor Nacho had no idea what was coming.

He had gone through his short life smiling and combing his bushy mustache with his phantom limbs. Until the unthinkable happened. His creator became his DESTROYER. Confusion abounded. Merriment was all around, but he didn’t feel happy. He felt hot. Very hot! With happy people standing around each with a glimpses of hunger in their eyes and corn chips in their bowls – Señor Nacho became no mas!

Our Lady Gaga cheeseball is decorated with fresh veggies from our garden. Her hat is made with zucchini, eggplant, jalapeno, basil and parsley. Her glasses are made of eggplant and jalapeno. With celery arms and nose, jalapeno lips, a belt and skirt of zucchini; our Gaga Cheeseball added a new tradition to our Christmas festivities! I’m already making plans for next year! Thanks for

Frosty!

Since I needed to make dip for an upcoming party, I thought it would be fun to try this first since I could reheat it later. I did this at my parents’ since I don’t own an electric skillet. They loved it. My mom thinks my head melted in a much better direction than the one in the video. I also tried to make a “rotel” belly, which I don’t recommend. If you want rotel, added after the melt.
