- Luxury home they bought for and shared with their parents…and where Karen died
- Home Karen and Richard shared after superstardom

- Methodist Church where her funeral was held
- Only Just Begun and Close To You Apartments, named after first mega hits
- No host lunch at the site of Karen’s last meal, El Taco

Charles old friend. WOW this will be cool. I drove by Karens parents home just a few weeks back to snap a picture of my car in that same spot. Love the Carpenters. Have fun and play those songs on the bus. They never get old.
All the best.
Best of luck with the tour Charles, I wish I could be there. God Bless The Carpenters, both wonderful people, with a great sense of family. Karen with the voice of an angel and Richard with ‘his magic’ in the studio, in selecting and producing the right material for them both.
The Carpenters, are America at it’s best. A Downey success story.
May Karen, her mom and dad…..rest in peace.
