Anyone with good, basic baking experience can do it, and it’s show-stopper for sure. The one tip I have is to bring the pieces (wrapped layers and icing) and assemble at your destination. Assembly takes minutes, with minimal mess, but to transport and even carry this big, heavy cake more than a few yards would be real chore. Bon apetite!
