A very sweet young lady, Laura Julien, was thrilled to bits to discover your Cherpumple, and dreamt of one day indulging in a slice of her own. So when her birthday came around, we knew what we had to do.

Rolling up our sleeves and getting our hands dirty, we concocted our own version of the Cherpumple, the “Strawbluecher!” Three thoughtfully flavor-coordinated layers: strawberry pie in a vanilla cake, blueberry pie in a lemon cake, and cherry pie in a chocolate cake. And, the crown jewel to top it all off, a small sugar pie, the recipe being the pride and joy of every traditional French Canadian homestead. And thus Laura’s dream was fulfilled. Thanks, Phoenix!
