Work Potluck With Sprinkles Cherpumple

I work at a children’s theatre, and each show we have a very long tech process involving 13 hour days and little sleep. During these days we do a potluck to feed ourselves and stay sane, and because it’s currently Thanksgiving time someone had mentioned the hilarity of bringing in a Turducken. However, I decided to go one step farther (because said Turducken did not appear) and attempt your Cherpumple. Having only seen the youtube video a few months earlier, this was my first attempt. The bottom is spice cake/pumpkin pie, middle is yellow cake/apple pie and top is white cake/apple pie. Everyone who was brave enough to try it deemed it a delicious success, and I even transported it through a 45 minute commute in an IKEA bag and it survived. Thanks for such a great recipe!!
