Uprated Cherpumple

Hi Charles- Here goes… 7″ x 7″ x 2″ pans. Each pie was cut into a 5″ square (sans crust)before adding to the batter. Layers as follows- (from the top) Spice Cake with an Apple Pie, then Chocolate Cake with a Cherry Pie and finally Yellow Cake with a Pumpkin Pie. I made a cooked French Butter Cream with Gran Marnier as the frosting. Finished with Powdered Sugar, Cocoa and Shaved chocolate for the top. Charles, I found that I was able to bake the cakes with no burning by using an Airbake cookie sheet- it did take about 55 minutes for each cake.

Thanks Charles! It was an honor to attempt the Cherpumple. You have really created a dessert that takes the, “Wow Factor” to a new level.
This has to be the most refined Cherpumple EVER!!!! … like something you would find in a FINE cooking magazine!!! SO very impressive!!!
