I frequent the wff in Romeoville Il outside of Chicago often. Is this wff and the one near Denver related? The best chicken dinner available anywhere around.I also like the bean salad and as hard as I try I am not able to come close to your recipe. I wish it was offered for carry-out but I dont think it is.

Yo…we’ve got supposedly the original White Fence Farm here in Illinois and it’s still operating. Family owned. Fried chicken and all the fixings, along with antique cars and memorbilia. Which came first? The chicken or the farm?

Charles- This was a great experience and the chicken was incredible. Even after you told us “no fighting over the chicken,” we were arguing over who was taking home the most. I had to make another trip back the following week to get the Christmas decorations I admired the first trip. Chicken, corn fritters, and Christmas–can it get any better?

CHARLES! Yes, you have captured the spirit of White Fence Farm! Those doughy things are called CORN FRITTERS! And you didn’t mention the horse carriage rides or the peacocks!
