		<description>After all the discussion in weekly emails, and learning that a coworker LOVES spam, I had to make this cake for my last week at work. After the first brave employee proclaimed it delicious, it was gone in minutes. But it left me with 3/4 of a container of unused spam in the fridge and wondering who ever thought of this use for (presumably) leftover semi-meat product.</description>
